The Out Campaign: Scarlet Letter of Atheism

 

The OUT CAMPAIGN is the largest coordinated effort reaching out to non-believers in the history of the planet. It is organized by the Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason and Science, and has since its inception become a worldwide movement to popularize Atheism as an identity that all non-believers can rally around.

The website for the campaign contains a declaration outlining its main tenets. Nirmukta members have come together on the forums to create OUT CAMPAIGN – INDIA, a project that aims to translate the original OUT CAMPAIGN declaration into all regional languages. In addition, we have also put together two videos as a tribute to great Indian Atheists, to promote awareness of the great atheistic minds that have contributed to modern India. We hope that OUT CAMPAIGN – INDIA will drive an upsurge in Atheists coming out about their non-belief in India.
